Information processed
Cloudflare processes request information to deliver and protect the site. IP-derived country determines consent defaults and is recorded with accepted free-studio requests as described below. We do not use a separate IP geolocation service.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Your consent choice is stored in your browser. Analytics and advertising scripts load only when the relevant storage categories are allowed. You can reopen cookie settings from the footer and change your choice.
Embedded generators and external services
Some generators are public Hugging Face Spaces or other third-party services. Files, prompts and media submitted inside those tools go directly to that provider and are governed by its retention, moderation and privacy terms. Do not upload confidential, sensitive or unlicensed material.
The free guest video studio
The English free guest studio uses a signed, essential browser cookie lasting up to 30 days and Cloudflare Turnstile for security. Our server sends your prompt to 8Scale to generate the video; that provider processes inputs and outputs under its own policies. Our database stores keyed hashes of the guest identity, IP address, network prefix and generation input, plus delay tiers, job status, timing, temporary output links and reserved cost. Waiting prompts are stored encrypted, then removed when submission finishes or during routine cleanup after the request expires. The separate restricted operational archive is described below. Result access ends after 24 hours. Job records older than 35 days, identity counters inactive for 35 days and expired stored links are removed during routine cleanup when the service accepts new jobs. Providers and Cloudflare may retain operational data separately. Results are not published in a public gallery. Clearing the guest cookie removes this browser's access to its results but does not reset network limits.
Retention, rights and questions
Consent preferences remain in local storage until you clear or replace them. Cloudflare and enabled providers may retain operational logs under their policies. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion relating to data controlled by Wan2.Video.
Generation records and restricted administration
For accepted free-studio requests, encrypted prompts and full IP addresses, a pseudonymous guest ID, settings, time and IP-derived country/region, city, timezone and network organization are retained for 30 days for operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Only authorized administrators can access them; daily cleanup deletes expired records. IP location describes the network exit and may be inaccurate. Administrator login and sensitive-record access logs last 90 days. The separate generation/budget ledger retains its existing 35-day policy. Unsubmitted input is not collected and records are not public. Contact us to request access or deletion.
